CENTER Assessment
We set up an on-site survey of the center and evaluate your level of survey readiness in all aspects. We review all your policies, compliance manuals as well as do a thorough walk through for physical plant review. We then send you a report of deficiency and action plan.
Survey PREPARATION
Based on the deficiency report we provide, we will mutually come up with an action plan together to get you ready to PASS! We provide ongoing support to make sure you are fully prepared and 100% compliant in all required standards. We do it all for you:
- Onsite Consultation Support monthly to review progress and whenever needed till the survey date.
- Ongoing development of policies, procedures and programs to meet all applicable standards
- Support of necessary account/agreement setups, quarterly goals and committee meeting minutes.
- Development of Privacy policies, HIPAA assessments, OSHA and COVID-19 policy manuals
- Ongoing development of environment of care (EOC) and emergency management (EM)/Safety program
- Ongoing development of Infection Control(IC) , exposure control (EC) plans and related compliance elements
- Direct work with the HR department or designee to ensure accuracy and completion of content in personnel and credentialing files. Providing necessary tools for audit purposes.
- Ongoing development of medication management plan and protocols to meet applicable standards
- Collaborative development of a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and methods of collection for QIP data, including incident reports, culture of safety data, organizational trends and systems improvement
- Collaborative development of a Risk Management/QI t Plan and all the required assessments.
- Support of benchmarking studies
- Ongoing review of medical records to ensure content is adequate to meet elements of compliance
